Very seldom do I show an unfinished product… until now:

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Cutting out the middleman, here’s the link to this recipe. You will need to adjust the time since it’s in cupcake form: For 24 cupcakes, I put them in for 20-22 minutes. By the way, I did manage to squeeze 30 out of this recipe.
Chocolate Cupcakes with a Vanilla Custard Filling

Okay, I’ll level with you, there is no one way to make these. Pick out your favourite chocolate cake recipe (I use Hershey’s “Perfectly” Chocolate Cake) and any chocolate fudge frosting you have on hand. For the filling: whip a package of instant vanilla pudding with 2 cups of whipping cream for 2 minutes. Scoop out a hole in your cooled cupcake; about a dime-wide and a quarter-deep (’quarter’ meaning the coin - yes, I’m keeping with the coin-visuals). Pipe the filling into the hole, then pipe the fudge frosting using a large star tip. Sprinkle with white chocolate shavings and then you’re done!
My apologizes - my eyes are getting blurry hence my avoidance of typing out recipes. You understand, I hope? Enjoy the pics as well as my half-ass attempt at sharing [links to] recipes.
